Directions - How To Apply ZERO! Pain Numbing Cream

Please spot test the day prior to use on a small area that’ll be tattooed the next day, especially if you have sensitive skin to ensure that your skin doesn’t become inflamed. Some minor localized redness is normal.

Steps For Use:

1. Prepare by cleaning and shaving (if necessary) the area of your tattoo before applying. Wash and exfoliate the area to be quite thoroughly with soap, water and exfoliator to remove dirt and dead skin this will help the cream penetrate. Dry area completely.

2. Take your ZEROLL Skin prep tool and gently roll it over your skin vertically, horizontally, and diagonally over the area. No need to press too hard or put yourself in pain - apply as much pressure as you can comfortably tolerate.

3. Apply a thick layer of ZERO! Pain numbing cream (2mm think) to desired area and rub gently covering area needed.

4. Wrap the area with film (plastic wrap). The wrap activates the cream and stops it from drying out. For maximum numbing effect leave cream and wrap for 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to appointment.

5. Clean area very well, eliminating all the excess cream.BEFORE applying stencil! If not this could affect stencil longevity and durability.

Skin typically remains numb for 2-4 hours once cream is removed depending on your skin type and location on the body.

We encourage sectioning out the session with stencil. CAUTION the cream will erase stencil! If used on broken skin, only leave on broken skin for 15-20 minutes at a time but also do not wrap for more than 5 minutes to already tattooed areas.

Follow standard tattoo sanitation practices when applying.

The expiration date is indicated at the bottom of the tube, which is usually 3 years after the manufacturing date. 

Store ZERO! Pain Tattoo Numbing Cream in a cool area away from heat and moisture. It can be re-used so long as the opened tube has been tightly closed. We recommend use within 5-10 days of opening. Discard if the cream is discolored.
